Social Expo – a potpourri of skills and talents
Our school, Kavi Bharathi Vidyalaya, conducted Expo -2022 for two days on the 8th and 9th of July 2022 in a spectacular way. We could spot a tremendous involvement in the students, teachers, and parents from kindergarten to Senior Secondary.
On 8th July 2022, the inauguration was set off with the prayer song. The Chief Guest, Dr. Vijaya Kumar, President, Tamil Nadu Astronomical Society, presided over the function. He visited every room and observed the works of every student. He submerged in the stream of learning, throwing more light on certain areas of presentation with his wit and brilliance. The students came in disguise as the national leaders and paid tribute to their sacrifice. The tribal dance and the dance highlighting the theme, ‘deforestation’ glorified ‘conservation of nature’ and ‘diverse culture’ . The Correspondent A.T.B. Bose welcomed the chief guest and the Principal Vijayalakshmi Raja introduced him and his achievements to the gathering.

In his address, he reminisced the distinct feat of Shri. Thangappa Nadar in establishing a school with a difference in Madurai. He also lauded the Correspondent A.T.B Bose for founding Ramanujan Museum in Royapuram, which is the only museum for the Mathematician, Ramanujan in Chennai, and for running a creative school successfully in North Chennai. His address amplified the importance of garnering knowledge and valuing every single minute as a gold coin. He acknowledged the efforts of the students and wished them all success.
Several school students and teachers visited the expo and admired the efforts in awe. The parents, relatives, friends, guests, and well-wishers congratulated the skills and futuristic displays of the teachers, students, and parents. The weather gave a holiday to rain for smooth conduction of expo for two days. With an uproar of celebration, the day left a permanent smile on every participant.
