Cubs and Bulbuls Investiture 2026

The Cubs and Bulbuls Investiture Programme was organised with great enthusiasm and spirit at Kavi Bharathi Vidyalaya. The blackboard and soft board were beautifully decorated with the Cubs and Bulbuls motto, Law, Promise, Baden-Powell’s vision, and information about the Cubs and Bulbuls uniforms.
The programme began with a warm greeting by the old Cubs and Bulbuls, followed by the “Going Up” and “Flying Up” ceremonies. The old Cubs and Bulbuls were formally handed over to the Scout Master and Guide Captain.
The programme continued with a prayer and flag ceremony, followed by the welcome address. The much-awaited Investiture Ceremony was then conducted, where the new Cubs and Bulbuls took their promise and were welcomed into the Scout and Guide movement.
The students enthusiastically participated in the Cubs and Bulbuls action song, which added energy and joy to the programme. This was followed by the blessing ceremony and a warm greeting to the new recruits.
The programme concluded with a vote of thanks, expressing gratitude to the management, teachers, trainers, parents and students for their valuable support and cooperation. The event was successfully conducted and served as a memorable beginning for the new Cubs and Bulbuls.
