Student Council Elections

As the nation engaged in its democratic duties, Kavi Bharathi Vidyalaya mirrored the spirit on its own campus by conducting the Student Council Elections for the academic year 2025–26 on Wednesday, April 23. The school transformed into a hub of enthusiasm and participation, reflecting the core values of leadership, responsibility, and active citizenship.

A remarkable 92% of students (630 out of 684) from Grades 3 to 10 and 12, along with 94% of the staff, exercised their right to vote in a smooth and transparent electoral process. Eleven key leadership positions—including Head Boy, Head Girl, House Captains, and Vice Captains—were contested.

From the moment nominations opened, through spirited campaigning, to the final day of voting, the energy on campus was nothing short of infectious. It was a true celebration of student voice, responsibility, and democratic values.

Election results will be announced soon, with a grand induction ceremony scheduled for June to formally welcome the new council members.

Kudos to all KBVites for upholding the essence of democracy and setting an inspiring example of student leadership in action!
