FASHION FIESTA AND MASTERCHEF

Kavi Bharathi Vidyalaya organized Fashion Fiesta and Master chef competition on February 25,2023. Our Board members Ms.Mala Thangaraj, Ms.Renuka Devi, Ms.Kokila, Ms.Kavitha kumari graced the occasion. Ms.Sunitha( Fashion designer)aggrandized fashion fiesta as the judge. Ms.Renuka Devi,Ms.Uma Kamaraj,Ms.Kokila,Ms. Poornima (Dietician) adorned the masterchef competition as judges.
Competition started at 9.30am. Students along with their parents bejewelled with their attractive costumes walked on the Ramp in respect to the themes given; Day and Night for classes I & II, Seasons for classes III to V and Elements for classes VI to VIII. Competition for only students was also held on the theme “Best out of waste”. Students displayed their creative outfits with waste materials. Competition for teachers was also held.

Master chef was held on different themes. Classes I to III along with their parents prepared Dips & Spread with the main ingredient being Wheat bread. Classes IV & V prepared Continental Fusion fruits and vegetables. Classes VI to VIII made dishes using millets on the theme Modern crunch with a traditional munch. Appetizing foods were presented on the plate in an inviting manner.
Judges and board members appreciated the work of the children and awarded the winners. Prizes were given for the teachers also.

Teachers dressed in an alluring way on the theme “MONOCHROME” and walked on the ramp department wise. Feedback was given by the parents, the board members and judges. Through these competitions students exhibited their creativity and their special talents. Master chef theme and ingredients created an awareness on healthy diet using millets, fruits and vegetables.
