Healthy Green Palak Spinach Day
Green Palak (Spinach) Day was celebrated with our little ones from Pre-KG to Grade 2 by encouraging them to bring different healthy Palak dishes from home such as Palak Paneer, Palak Pakora, and Palak Soup. Through this fun activity, children learned that Palak is a superfood packed with nutrients—Calcium and Magnesium for strong bones and teeth, Iron for healthy blood, Vitamin C for immunity, Vitamin A for good eyes and skin, and Vitamin K for blood clotting. Palak, also called Spinach, is soft, green, fresh, and bright, and eating it regularly helps us grow strong, stay energetic, and keep glowing. Truly, Palak proves the saying, “Greens on the plate, health in the body”
